I love this time of year and this year is extra special, it's Lydia's first Christmas! The recent snow storm has been an added delight, it's glorious to look outside and see a blanket of white covering everything. We got 16.5 inches of it!
I have been wondering lately if Jesus did the same things Lydia does, did he laugh at funny faces or sounds Mary and Joseph made? Did he have a sleep schedule or did he keep Mary up? Probably not, he was the ultimate perfect baby!
Tom and I have decided to start Lydia's college fund instead of gifts this year, she will probably be blessed with many toys from the family. We do plan to get her a ball we can toss around, after all we aren't total scrooges!
